Sandwich Technology Expertise
Our technical team supports prototype fabrication and small production runs, plus we can conduct sandwich structure testing and experiments. With experience in thermoforming, thermoshaping, liquid composite molding, autoclaving and other processes, our experts can demonstrate the use of performance foams with traditional and non-traditional techniques. Customer product training is also available.

We support computer-aided component design, using the finite element method (Design and Analysis). This uses a three-dimensional failure criterion specially developed for ROHACELL® applications.
